How I work

Accountable to the business

I work across discovery, delivery and measurement, connecting customer needs, engineering constraints and commercial outcomes.

01

Close to the field

I spend time where the work happens. Whether it's installers in confined underfloor spaces or commercial teams supporting customers, I observe how work is really done before deciding what to build. That's often where the biggest product opportunities appear.

02

Systems thinking

Products don't exist in isolation. I map workflows, services and operational processes to understand how people, software and business rules interact before defining solutions.

03

Test assumptions fast

I prototype in code to answer product questions quickly. Instead of debating ideas, I build lightweight prototypes that let real users validate assumptions before engineering commits significant effort.

04

Connected to outcomes

Success isn't measured by features shipped. Sometimes the right decision is to build. Sometimes it's to pivot, simplify or buy instead. I focus on the outcome rather than the output, and measure whether decisions achieve the intended result.

About me

Started with a pencil. Still haven't stopped.

I've been drawing and making things since I was seven. That instinct to make things is what led me to industrial design, R&D and then to designing software design from a robot control interface to compliance workflow system.
